Work with me

Your next step, sooner.

For your first five years

Your next step.

For when you're working hard, the next promotion feels far away, and you'd like a second opinion from someone who has sat on the other side of the table.

Questions

Before you ask.

Is this only for people in Copenhagen?

No. Everything happens online, and I work with people anywhere in the world. Calls are in English, Slovene, Croatian, Italian, Spanish or Norwegian.

I'm still studying. Is this for me?

Yes, if you're finishing a master's and heading into consulting or finance. The best time to learn how promotions work is before your first review.

Is it really free?

The series, the notes and the guide are free, with no login. You only pay if you want one-to-one help with your own situation.

Why not just watch YouTube or ask ChatGPT?

Do. They're good at general advice. What they can't give you is the view from someone who has sat on the side of the table where the decision is made, applied to your situation.

Will my employer find out?

No. Sessions are private, and nothing you share leaves the conversation.

Can my employer pay?

Often, yes. Many companies have a learning budget. Ask your manager, and I'll invoice the company instead of you.

What if I need to cancel or move a session?

Move it for free up to 24 hours before. If you buy and change your mind within 14 days, you get a full refund, as the terms of sale explain.

I'm not in consulting or finance. Will it still help?

Mostly, yes. Promotions, politics and self-doubt work much the same in any large company. The examples just come from consulting and finance.

Can you promise I'll get promoted faster?

No, and be careful with anyone who does. What I can do is help you understand how the decision is made and make your case clearly. That part is in your hands.

Speaking

Talks and panels.
